About the Role

Independent Skills Facilitators (ISF) provide support and training for individuals with developmental disabilities living in their own homes.  As an ISF you get to help clients develop skills to meet the goals they identify as important for their personal growth.  You will also collect and summarize data on the client’s progress towards their goals as well as participate in client-related meetings.  ISF’s also serve as an advocate for clients with the public and other agencies.
