“I have my dream career here at SVS. As a Regional Director my days consist of overseeing multiple offices to ensure clients are receiving quality programming. I also get to facilitate meetings with our clients where they support and encourage each other to advocate for themselves. Working with Program Directors and admin, I utilize best practice protocols to teach staff how to support the individuals we work with in whatever ways they need. Each office then brings a new perspective on what success can be for the individuals we serve and it’s always fun to see the activities that help create those victories. I am able to make a positive impact in someone’s life and that’s rewarding.
